William Ross is of counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He is a transactional attorney with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and formation, operation and dissolution of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Bill also has experience as outside counsel for many privately-held and public companies as well as non-profit, higher education institutions on a wide variety of corporate issues, including corporate governance matters, general business advice, executive compensation, and employment law issues. He has written articles on corporate matters and has lectured on various legal and business topics. During its 2016-2017 term, he is Co-Chair of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar. In his spare time, Bill enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with his wife and twin sons.
