As employment-related laws continue to evolve, my job is to ensure that clients are kept up to date and provide them with sound, practical, and pro-active legal advice for their day-to-day workplace and in litigation.

Anna T. Pham is an associate in the San Francisco office of Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP. She has experience representing employers in state and federal court involving Title VII, Fair Employment and Housing Act, California Labor Code, and Americans with Disabilities Act claims. She has defended clients through administrative investigations before the DFEH and EEOC. She also provides advice and counseling to clients on employee handbooks, training, and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Hirschfeld Kraemer, Anna practiced employment law at a nationwide defense firm in San Francisco. In her free time, she enjoys visiting art museums, hiking, baking, and learning new skills.
