Natasha Baker will participate in an international panel of employment lawyers at the Employment Law Alliance annual conference in Lisbon, Portugal on October 15, 2019.
The title of the panel is “Evolution of the Non-Traditional, Digital Workplace: Maintaining an Appropriate Corporate Culture while Complying with Myriad and Complex Legal Requirements.”
The panel will focus on how to implement and maintain an appropriate corporate culture in light of the ever-increasing move to digitization of the workplace. Discussion topics will include:
- Can home and work life be appropriately balanced?
- Should or can employees have a right to disconnect given the intense competitiveness of today’s global economy?
- How do laws and company rules impact these issues?
