Ferry Lopez Named Partner at Hirschfeld Kraemer

Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP is delighted to announce that Ferry Lopez has been named a partner of the firm.

Hirschfeld Kraemer Co-Founder Glen Kraemer observes, “Ferry is a triple threat: an exceptionally creative litigator with depth and breadth of knowledge in all facets of employment law, a counselor whose clients benefit from her practical eye and a sustained dedication to the employer’s business needs, and an experienced investigator who understands the duties associated with serving in a neutral fact-finding capacity. We are confident Ferry will serve as an exceptional mentor to our junior attorneys, and we are delighted to welcome her to the partnership.”

Since joining Hirschfeld Kraemer’s Santa Monica office in 2013, Ferry has been representing and counseling employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including the defense of single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff actions arising out of alleged violations of federal and state anti-discrimination and harassment laws, as well as class, collective, and representative actions arising out of alleged violations of federal and state wage and hour laws. She represents management in bargaining and labor arbitrations, and represents employers before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Civil Rights Department. Ferry counsels employers from a wide variety of industries, including hospitality, healthcare, banking and finance, fashion and retail, information technology, and professional employer organizations and staffing.

Ferry earned her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law in 2010 and her B.A. from UC San Diego in 2006.
