Michelle Freeman is an associate in Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP’s San Francisco office. Michelle is experienced in defending employers at all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation through resolution, in both state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies, including the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

In addition to defending matters involving allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations, Michelle counsels employers on a wide-range of employment matters including employee discipline, termination, disability issues, and wage and hour compliance.

Prior to joining Hirschfeld Kraemer, Michelle practiced employment law at a nationwide defense firm in San Francisco.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys watching baseball, hiking, and traveling.
