Felicia Reid to Speak to the San Mateo County Employers Advisory Council on 2016 Labor & Employment Law Updates

HK’s Felicia Reid will speak at the San Mateo EAC’s annual seminar and provide practical and up-to-date information on the new laws and court decisions taking effect in 2016.

Topics will include wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, reasonable accommodation, leaves of absence, sick leave, and independent contractors.
