Jenna Rogenski is an associate in Hirschfeld Kraemer’s San Francisco office. Jenna has experience defending employers in state and federal court in matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Jenna has also represented employers before administrative agencies such as the California Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE). In addition, Jenna counsels employers on a wide-range of employment matters including employee leaves, disability issues, wage and hour compliance, and data privacy laws.

Prior to joining Hirschfeld Kraemer, Jenna practiced employment law at a national defense firm in San Francisco. While in law school, Jenna worked for an education law firm in Sacramento where she assisted public school districts with employment and personnel matters, and participated in the UC Davis Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic in which she worked on Title IX matters.

In her free time, Jenna enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants in the Bay Area, traveling, and running in Golden Gate Park.
