Overview

Jackie Givelber is an associate in the Santa Monica office of Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP. Her practice includes a wide range of litigation, employment and higher education law matters, including experience defending employers in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits for wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour violations; overseeing both internal and government investigations; counseling higher education institutions on evolving regulations; and pursuing litigation for trade secret misappropriation. She has experience in all phases of pretrial litigation, including settlement negotiations, discovery, summary judgment, oral argument, and has drafted numerous successful motions.

Jackie was previously a litigation associate at an AmLaw 50 firm and represented both start-up and multinational companies across several industries, including technology, financial services & cryptocurrency, e-commerce, and private equity. While in law school, Jackie was an extern at the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (now, the Civil Rights Department).
