Cheannie Kha is an associate in Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP’s Santa Monica office. Her practice focuses on providing advice and counsel on a broad spectrum of human resource matters, including employee discipline and termination, internal investigations, wage and hour compliance, leave accommodations, as well as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation allegations. She has represented clients in a wide range of employment law actions and arbitrations, assisting in all phases of pretrial litigation, and has drafted and argued numerous successful motions.

Cheannie previously worked as an associate at a large national firm, representing multinational corporations, private equity firms, small businesses, and startups, providing guidance on a wide range of labor and employment issues in both a preventive and pre-litigation context.
