My passion for employment law is driven by my passion for people.  I want to get to know the people that make up the organizations I represent and, in turn, the values they stand for.  Whether we are handling counseling, training, or litigation, I feel that understanding each client’s culture and values is a pre-requisite to a successful partnership.
