Erin Dolly to Speak at 2017 NALP Annual Education Conference on Supporting Students Experiencing Bias-Related Bad Behavior, Microaggressions, or Harassment

Erin Dolly will speak at the 2017 National Association for Law Placement’s Annual Education Conference on the subject of “Supporting Students Experiencing Bias-Related Bad Behavior, Microaggressions, or Harassment.”

All too often, law career advisors hear from students who have experienced problematic behavior from others in a professional context, off or on campus, and are struggling with how to respond.

Whether the issue is sexual harassment, racial bias, insensitivity around disabilities, or something else, this advanced workshop for law career advisors will address common hypothetical scenarios, including a discussion of when and how to report or escalate student complaints and ways to help students think through next steps and strategies.
