On Wednesday, March 25, 2020, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) released a model Poster for employees, explaining the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
The DOL also published a FAQ sheet about the FFCRA notice requirements. Notably, employers can, but are not required to, share this poster by email or on a company-wide intranet.
Private sector employers with fewer than 500 employees are covered by the FFCRA. A notice under the FFCRA is required under the law.
