I am drawn to employment and education law because it is always evolving and is very relevant.

Soleil is an associate in the Santa Monica office of Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP. Her practice includes a range of employment law matters, including defending employers in wage and hour matters, class actions and PAGA matters, single-plaintiff cases for wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment, and providing advice and counsel on various employment issues. She also focuses on higher education issues, with an emphasis on student accommodation concerns.

During law school, Soleil served as a legal extern at the Independent Assessor’s Office for the Los Angeles Board of Fire Commissioners.

In her free time, Soleil enjoys running, reading, writing, exploring flea markets and thrift shops, and traveling.
