Sean Kramer is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. He has experience representing employers in a variety of employment law matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including individual, collective, and class actions in the wage and hour context, as well as discrimination and retaliation claims under federal, state, and local laws. He represents and counsels employers in traditional labor law matters, including  unfair labor practice charge proceedings, union elections, and litigation brought by unions before the National Labor Relations Board and in labor arbitrations.

Prior to joining Hirschfeld Kraemer, Sean practiced employment law at a nationwide defense firm in San Francisco.
