Jesse Sutz is an associate with Hirschfeld Kraemer’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses on defending clients at all stages of the litigation process, from pre-litigation through resolution, in both state and federal court and before administrative agencies, as well as guiding clients through arbitration. He also counsels employers on a wide range of employment issues, including employee discipline, termination, wage and hour compliance, and trade secrets.

Prior to joining Hirschfeld Kraemer, Jesse was a litigation associate at two AmLaw 200 firms in San Francisco and Colorado, respectively.

In his spare time, Jesse enjoys golfing, cooking, travelling, and attending concerts.
