Ian Forgie is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. His practice involves all areas of employment and labor law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful terminations, unfair competition, trade secrets, and wage and hour suits. He represents employers in single plaintiff and class action litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration. Ian also counsels employers regarding employee handbooks, employment agreements, policies, and guidelines.

Prior to joining Hirschfeld Kraemer, Ian practiced employment litigation at a boutique law firm in San Francisco.

Ian is an avid scuba diver, cook, and soccer fan.
