Emily Papania

Emily Papania is an associate in the firm’s Santa Monica office. Our clients benefit from Emily’s significant jury trial experience in representing employers in a wide variety of litigation matters, including those involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to defending complex wage and hour class and representative actions. Emily also has extensive experience counseling employers on various legal compliance issues involving federal and state employment laws, employee discipline and terminations, leaves of absence, internal complaints, and investigations; and maintaining compliant personnel policies and practices.

Prior to joining Hirschfeld Kraemer, Emily was a labor and employment associate at an AmLaw 50 firm in Los Angeles.

In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on Angel City FC.
