Andy Zachrich is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office, where she counsels and represents employers in all aspects of employment law.

Andy focuses on harassment and discrimination and wage and hour class action/PAGA litigation as well as counseling related to these issues and executive contracts, employee separations, administrative agency responses, trade secret litigation, disability accommodations, and leaves of absence.

Andy has experience litigating in state and federal court and has worked on matters before agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the California Civil Rights Department (CRD), and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE).

In her free time, Andy enjoys playing soccer, rock climbing, and thrifting.
