My goal is to ease the anxiety that litigation or legal uncertainties can create for our clients by providing effective, tailored, and practical representation.

Margeaux Pelusi is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office, with a practice that touches upon many different areas of employment law. She is experienced in defending employers at all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation through resolution, in both state and federal court. Her experience includes defending matters involving allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. She also defends clients before administrative agencies, including investigations and hearings before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
