Monte Grix is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Grix has represented a variety of employers with respect to labor and employment matters, including manufacturers, electronics distributors, general construction contractors (union and non-union), high tech service companies, retailers, aerospace companies, government contractors, agricultural companies, and educational institutions.

Alison Hamer is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice involves counseling and litigation in all areas of employment and labor law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and unfair competition.

Dan Handman is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office. He is a labor and employment litigator who has taken over a dozen cases to trial with successful results in every case.

Glen Kraemer, one of the founding partners and co-manager of the Firm, resides in the Santa Monica office. Kirstin Muller is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office, which she joined in 1999. Ms. Muller practices exclusively labor and employment law, vigorously defending clients in litigation before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.

Reed Schaper is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office, and that office's senior litigation partner. Mr. Schaper has represented employers in state and federal court in a variety of employment-related matters.
